Return Window

You can return unworn, unwashed apparel with tags within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable

• Rolling equipment and accessories, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Sale items and final-drop pieces.
• Custom or members-only releases.

How To Return

Email sales@hightierbrand.com with your order number and reason. We'll send the return instructions. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
